Update to reflect changes to Greater Cambridge and Greater Peterborough LEP

In April 2017 the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) geography was updated to reflect the merger of the Northamptonshire and South East Midlands LEPs to create the new version of the South East Midlands LEP.

Also in April, the Greater Cambridge and Greater Peterborough LEP expanded to include South Holland and South Kesteven districts. However, the GSS and Nomis LEP geographies were not updated at that time to reflect this change. Any figures for Greater Cambridge and Peterborough LEP accessed from Nomis since would still have reflected the old definition, prior to the expansion, in line with the geographic entity E37000013.

From 20 December 2017, Nomis has updated the definition of the Greater Cambridge and Greater Peterborough LEP to reflect the expansion. This update has been made by changing the existing "local enterprise partnerships (as of April 2017)" geography, rather than through the creation of a new geography, to reflect the timing of the change to the LEP structure.

The new definition of the Greater Cambridge and Greater Peterborough LEP has the geography code E37000042.
